3. Modification and Cancellation Policy

3.2. If a cancellation is made outside the allowed period or in the case of a no-show, the hotel may apply additional charges according to its policy.
3.3. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), a reasonable solution will be sought between the parties.
